These luxury Derbyshire Dales cottages on our working farm are within a 5 mile drive of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. We are only ¼ mile from the famous Monsal Trail, ideal for walking and cycling, 1 mile from Ashford-in-the-Water and 2½ miles from Bakewell.
The farm was formerly part of the Chatsworth estate and the home farm for Churchdale Hall where many members of the Duke of Devonshire’s family have resided.

The cottages are on our working sheep farm, 1/4 mile from the main road. Wake up to the sounds of the countryside, listen to the bird song and watch the sheep in the fields or enjoy a walk from the cottage door to the Monsal Trail.
The famous Monsal Trail, which is ideal for walking and cycling with its recently opened railway tunnels, is at the bottom of our drive. We have cycle storage on site and bike hire is just a mile away. There are delightful walks through the fields to Ashford.
